The Tenri line

The T becomes the line.

Our logo is the first mark on the mat. Its stem drops into a center line, and everything else lines up from there.

Hands

Three ticks a side for different shoulder widths in plank and down dog.

Center

A ring and a ring of dots mark your seat and balance point.

Feet

Hip-width marks for standing, and 45° lines for warrior and triangle.
